I'm looking forward to a talk I'm giving at Social Media Week in London in a few weeks. On February 8th I'll be talking about 10 ways to suck at social media. I know there are more ways than that to get it wrong, but I'll focus on 10 areas. I will also explore ways to avoid these mistakes. It should be a good laugh.
It's impossible to get it right every time so there will be a bit of a twist built into the presentation. I've received an overwhelming response from people signing up. I've had to close the registration page. The folks at Chinwag have been great at helping to sort out event details. They've also done a good job of promoting it. I can't wait.
